It is everywhere. It is all around us.

Even now as you are reading this; you can see it when you look out of your window and when you turn on your television. You can feel it when you go to work, or go to church, and when you pay your taxes. It is the world that has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the truth. Slaves born into bondage, born into a prison that we cannot smell, or taste, or touch.  It is a prison for our minds.

It is the Vanilla Matrix.

A dependent “construct” made up of interlocking falsehoods and misconceptions. It is comprised of millions of human beings who are unaware of the illusory nature of the reality in which they live and who have become dependent on warmed over platitudes disguised as expertise, and common sense presented as breaking news. Simple “solutions” and worn out cliché’s having replaced original thought, and the desire to question convention. An elaborate web of moral fabrications, ethical misrepresentations and irrational hyperbole designed to change a human being into a banal, co-dependant simpleton. Numbed minds that rely upon soothing comfort and dulling effects of intellectual medication… of problems solved by daytime television, ancient works of badly written fiction, and Sunday morning evangelists. 

The deception runs deep.  The conditioning begins at birth. Vanillas are trapped in a cycle of illusion, and their failure to recognize this cycle is what keeps them locked in it. They are emotionally dependent upon what they have always been taught is the singular truth concerning morality, intimacy, and sexuality that their interactions with others who are also programmed with the same illusions of “Vanilla reality” create projections of how they perceive the world around them.  These projections are affirmed by a Vanillas overpowering need to believe that what they perceive to be real… is in fact real. It is not.

Ignorance is Bliss.

Therein lies the problem. Without the desire, let alone the capacity to remove themselves from their subjectivity, Vanillas have been conditioned to rationalize the failures of conventional wisdom, and blind devotion.  They have been trained to ignore the Matrix that binds them. Rather than being able to see intimacy, divination and human nature for what they are, and recognize the inherent hypocrisy, and falsehoods we have been brought up with, Virtual Vanilla reality has convinced them that actuality is not what they see, rather it is what they have been told. They have compromised common sense in favor of superstition. When one makes rationalizations to avoid uncomfortable truths, the proper term for this is Denial. Nowhere is this more true than with sexuality.

Take the red pill.

Unfortunately, those subjugated by the Vanilla Matrix, those whose minds are most in need of being set free are the very ones who offer the most resistance to the truth. Rather than acquiesce to perspective, the Matrix causes Vanillas to extenuate irrationality. Truth sacrificed at the expense of pretense. Hate disguised as righteousness. Bigotry presented as morality. Droves of Vanillas hop on the self-help merry-go-round with promises of marital happiness, only to receive ambiguity.

One might reason that Vanillas could learn to think outside of the box, especially if the box is on fire. You would think that the occasional lemming might decide to get off the line, and not waddle off the edge of the cliff. Our basic nature is that we gravitate to where the crowd is, especially when it comes to things we want to hear, even when it leads to marital catastrophe. The results of the Matrix induced myopia have yielded atrocious results for Vanillas, and yet they stubbornly refuse to even acknowledge that there might be alternatives.

Those of us who have taken the red pill, and been able to shed the bonds of societal inveracity have been awakened to authenticity, and have gained the type of clarity that can only come when someone puts on eyeglasses for the first time. We have come to realize simple truths that should be painfully obvious to everyone, but for the Matrix convoluting logic. Female empowerment cannot be achieved through emasculating men. True equality involves applying the same moral and sexual standard to both sexes. Monogamy extends far beyond physicality…and perhaps most importantly…

There is no spoon.
